Q: Do I need to know anything technical?
No. WEIS handles everything. You just need to tell us about the character you want and where in your sim they should be.
Q: Do I need to provide login details?
Only if you choose Option 2 (Your Droid + WEIS Hosting). For Option 1, we use our own accounts, and no access to your accounts is needed.
Q: How long does setup take?
Setup depends on complexity, but most NPCs can be deployed within 24–72 hours after we have all the required information.
Q: Can I have multiple NPCs in my sim?
Yes. There is no technical limit to the number of droids per sim. Pricing is based on the number of active NPCs.
Q: Can the NPCs speak other languages?
Yes, if the character's concept supports it. We will confirm language capabilities with you during the setup process.
